Warranties
Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd grants no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Tourist Australia Online website, performance and any service, information or offers provided to the highest extent allowable by appropriate law.

Bookings and Enquiries
Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd directs all bookings and enquiries created by you to the member/advertiser or third party with out any involvement or intervention.

Collection of Information
Booking information is not collected, stored or accessible by Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd. Information received by Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd is limited to communications from it's Tourist Australia Online website members/advertisers, third parties and direct requests made by you. Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd does collect information via its Tourist Australia Travel Club as provided by you and limited to email contact details only for marketing purposes exclusively restricted to Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd and shall not be available to any other party in any circumstance. Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd does not accept accountability where a third-party has entered details consisting of email addresses belonging to other parties.

Indemnity
As a condition for your acceptance to use the Tourist Australia Online website including any records, information, offers, misleading information or omissions, you agreed that Tourist Australia Online Pty Ltd shall be indemnified against any damage, loss, liability as a result from you acceptance of any information provided by the Tourist Australia Online website.
